1) Does H.M. Cragg Co. offer other products in addition to Powerware UPSs?
Yes, we offer Rittal rack enclosures and distribution. We also carry a comprehensive line of TVSS (surge) products protecting everything from a single data line to a service entrance.

2) How is the VA rating calculated?
Each piece of equipment being protected draws power which is measured in amps. This amp rating can usually be found on the back of the equipment next to the voltage rating. Multiply the voltage rating by the amp rating and you have the VA rating.

3) Does H.M. Cragg Co. stock product?
Yes, H.M. Cragg Co. utilizes two warehouses, stocking Powerware single phase products from 350VA to 18kVA and 3-phase products from 10kVA to 30kVA.

4) Do you have rack mounted solutions?
Yes. The Powerware line of UPS products offers rack mount UPSs from 500VA to 18kVA. We can also provide rack mount PDUs and the rack or enclosure.

5) Can an H.M. Cragg Co. representative make a joint call with me and my customer?
Yes. We have made conference calls with many of our resellers all over the country. It is our intention to help you (the reseller) win more business. If making a joint call is what it takes, we will do it!

6) Can H.M. Cragg Co. blind ship?
Yes. We will even use your shipping labels and packing slip if you provide them.

7) Does H.M. Cragg Co. provide product training?
Yes. We have a series of on-line product training classes scheduled throughout the year. Additionally, we offer training for new products as they become available.

8) Does H.M. Cragg Co. provide same day shipping?
Yes. If you get an order to us before 1:00 PM CST, we will get that order out the same day.
